All images used by FANCYDRESSGOD that portray costumes or accessories are
used with the permission of the copyright holder. Every effort is made to make
sure the descriptions are as accurate as possible. However FANCYDRESSGOD cannot
be held responsible for any perception you may have in product representation.
Or the manufactures right to change product specification including colour
or design at anytime & without notice.

Pricing
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT
We will always endeavour to display the correct pricing & descriptions
at all times. In the unfortunate event of error, we reserve the right to refuse
the sale of wrongly-described or wrongly-priced products.
Should a product price decrease since original purchase, contractually we are
not obligated to refund the difference. Similarly, should an increase occur
prior to purchase, we are not obligated to sell at the previous lower price.
