Royal Mail-£5.99 ex VAT for 1st Class despatch; this is a 2 -3 day service
Royal Mail - £4.99 ex VAT for 1st class despatch; not a guaranteed next working day
Inter Link Saturday deliveries, £13.90 ex Vat.
Inter Link 2 day service to the Channel isles, £13.50 ex Vat
Inter Link 2 day service to Northern Ireland, £15.00 ex Vat
Inter Link next day delivery by 12pm, £7.82 ex Vat
Inter Link next day delivery by 5pm, £6.08 ex Vat
We reserve the right to post multiple orders received from the customer ordered
to the same address without the refund postage cost.
Unfortunately errors can occur, particularly with delivery agents, we cannot
take any responsibility for the carrier or the consequences of late arrival
/non-arrival, or any other problems with your order. We will always obtain
proof of shipment & will
be happy to help the buyer in any claim on the carrier.
Prior to shipping, we reserve the right to decline, reject or similarly cancel
any order or accessory without notice, and refund in full.
Many products are procured from different suppliers depending on stock availability,
so may come in different packaging.
If an attempted delivery is made within the timescale of our next day delivery
service, no refund can be claimed because no-one was available to sign for
the package on that specified day. If the package is returned to us due to
no collection or second attempted delivery, then further charges will apply.
We regret all outbound shipping, packaging & insurance cannot be refunded.
Returns Policy
All goods purchased from FANCYDRESSGOD maybe returned for refund subject to
the following terms. All returns must be done within seven days of the customer
receiving the goods. Please note NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THIS TIME.
If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have ordered or received
from ourselves, then you may return them within seven days by RECORDED DELIVERY
for an exchange, credit note or refund less a 25% restocking charge.
If you choose to exchange the unwanted item for one totalling higher than the
original, then you will be liable to pay the difference.
Postage costs do not constitute as part of a credit note or refund.
All returned goods can only be accepted in the ORIGINAL CONDITION they were
sent in i.e.…original unopened packaging with all the relevant material included.
If the product is missing the picture card or is damaged in any way- or if the
costume smells like they have been worn over a period of time- they will not
be refunded.
No replacement item or credit notes will be dispatched until the returned item
has been received by us. Please allow 28 days for refunds.

Stock Availability
If a product has been ordered that is unavailable, we will contact you using
details given by you (please make sure the details you give are correct) offering
the choice to cancel or chose an alternate outfit
If your item is not in stock we will back order it for you, you will then be
contacted with the option to cancel if you do not wish to wait.
